We have been providing science based programs for Montrealers for over 16 years. We have helped athletes improve performance, women optimize health during pregnancy, people overcome injury and thrive with physical disabilities and have helped hundreds of others go through their health and fitness goals.

Our Longevity Designed Classes encompass training programs that enhance cellular function, improve stability & functional movement patterns, increase blood-oxygen capacity and build strength and power. This is a far cry from Cross Fit. We are not trying to maximize muscle mass, strength or power. We are trying to optimize function and capacity. We do away with redundancies and focus on the incremental steps it takes to increase lifespan and thrive our way through it.

Building muscle is part of this, but we focus more on strength and performance, rather than size or aesthetics. Yo really impact hhealth span and lifespan you need to address other aspects of life – nutrition, sleep, stress, everyday activity levels, relationships, etc. We do offer full nutrition programs as well (see here) and can advise on stress management and sleep tools but we prefer to refer out to other professionals while we focus on your exercise regimen. If you need help outside of this we have a network of people we respect.

The 3 day/week classes are split so that we can address all aspects of training. Homework programs are also offered.

EXAMPLE WEEK

Monday – Stability day – each week will look slightly different so that we can address each stability driven joint – 45 minutes

Wednesday – VO2 max day – High Intensity cardio intervals 30-40 min

Thursday – Strength day- Full body workout that alternates between eccentric/isometrics, slow moving day and balistic strength days – 60 minutes

Classes are designed 1 month at a time. If you miss a class then you miss out on that program, there are no make-ups unless a trainer needs to cancel. This allows us to plan the classes so they evolve functionally and so we can track progress accordingly. It also keeps everyone accountable!

Groups are a maximum of 5 people for 1 trainer. We want to make sure everyone gets ample one on one guidance.

$300 per month (12 sessions)
