These classes are intense but fun.


This class has been running for 3 years now and we rarely have spots become free.

This is a High Intensity Interval Training & Cross Training class. All fitness levels are welcome. We have had ages from 19-65, some beginners and some very fit members! Everyone goes at their own pace and we push you to your personal limits rather than to that of the fittest person in the room.

Our programs are full body workouts, using calisthenic, isometric, and plyometric principles.  We are not sticklers for repetitions, but rather form and effort! You give your all during the time period we allow for each exercise and you will get stronger, lose weight and feel amazing.   Yes, these workouts are tough, but the training allows everyone to work at their own pace and adjust each exercise to suit their own abilities.

We keep the classes small so that we can keep an eye on everyone and adapt any movement patterns to anyone who may need it. This is a very welcoming group – one of the best ways to keep consistent and reach goals is to have both self motivation and to be accountable to your training partners.

7am is early, it can be tough but having a small group of people who want you there and depend on you really helps keep consistency.

If you’re looking to lose weight, put on some lean muscle, improve energy levels and general strength, then this is the class for you.
