Training

Personal training is important for individuals who have specific goals in mind and may benefit from a focused, time efficient and supervised program. This may include elite athletes who can take advantage of a wealth of functional and inventive training methods, the average person looking to lose weight, tone up or prepare to partake in a new activity or someone looking for a supervised program designed specfically for diabetics,  injury rehabilitation, complicated pregnancy,  etc.

Private and semi private training is also great for those who need a little extra incentive to keep their eye on the prize.  We try and help each of our clients develop motivation to carry on healthy habits for a lifetime.  We aspire to inspire during our sessions as well as throughout the day via our blog, twitter page, facebook page, e-mail updates, etc.  Communication is key, and their is no lack of it at B-Fit, if that is what you need.

Prenatal, postnatal and fertility fitness are all available privately or semi privately as well.  Personal training can be advantageous for mothers or mothers-to-be who are looking for a more focused program or who may be dealing with special circumstances that require close monitoring.
