We have trained elite athletes, mothers-to-be, post operation recovery, bariatric surgery patients, people with diabetes, Crohns disease, physically disabled, people with back and knee injuries, seniors, morbidly obese, etc. Everyone is welcome, this is a safe environment for anyone looking for some help in improving their health. We’re kinda (super) nerdy about this stuff so we take a scientific approach to how we get the physical results. But their is an often overlooked, mental aspect to training and we pride ourselves on our philosophical work we have done with our clients. Balancing your psychological state, physical health and spiritual life is an individual endeavour.
