Group Fitness Training

B-Fit Studio offers group training in prenatal and postnatal fitness (see our pre/postnatal page for more details) as well youth and adult weight loss camps.

Our weight loss camps run for on a 10 class basis.  Room permitting, you can join a group at any time and simply continue into the next session in order to keep seeing results.  Everyone is welcome to continue after the 10 classes.

These camps are intense but safe.  We focus on HEALTHY weight loss and not the extreme numbers of television shows like the biggest loser, which can cause major damage to connective tissue and joints and rarely measures up to long term weight loss.  We get the same results but inspire permanent weight loss at gradual rates without the risk of injury.  Each person receives feedback from a food diary that we encourage everyone to keep.  Any previous injuries or current disabilities will be assessed in ensure the safety for each individual.

We train in order for you to get results as well as to teach you how to workout without having to depend on the big space or heavy machinery of a gym.  With minimal investment you will be able to continue our kind of programs at home, outside, in a hotel room (if you travel a lot) or in any other space you choose.

Our programs are full body workouts, using calisthenic, isometric, and plyometric principles.  We are not sticklers for repetitions, but rather form and effort! You give your all during the time period we allow for each exercise and you will get stronger, lose weight and feel amazing.   Yes, these workouts are tough, but the training allows everyone to work at their own pace and adjust each exercise to suit their own abilities.
