2 sessions                              $150.00 – Eval + take home program review

Long term training

1-2x/week                               – with Joey – $65/session  // with a junior trainer $55

3-5x/week                                 – with Joey – $60/session  // with a junior trainer – $50


Joey Reid (master trainer) – $80 per session

Rizhen Zhang (junior trainer) – PROMOTION ON NOW $50 per session

Christina Archibald (junior trainer) – PROMOTION ON NOW – $50 per session


SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING – studio (2-5 people)

$35/session per person


Group Fitness Classes – weight loss, general fitness, athletics, toning,

12 classes – $180

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 7am-8am

  1. Hi I’m looking at the rates and it says 1 session is 60$. Pardon me if my question is silly but how long is a session ? I’ve never tooken classes per session :p

    • Hi Ledy! Not a silly question at all. The sessions differ in length, depending on the kind of training, but they run an average of an hour.     • We have outdoor fitness classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 630-730pm at Parc Jean Mance.

  4. Hi, do you guys also do any HIIT programs? If so , how much would it be for a 6 weeks program 4x a week ?

  5. Hi , I would like to know whats the rate for each month , traning of 3-4 a week ? Semi private and private.
    How long does it takes for a person to lose 15 pounds? Do u give us nutrition guide and a monthly evaluation of our physical improvement?

  6. What are the requirements for private sessions at home? Do we need a min of equipment / space?


    • Hello Sophia. No requirements on equipment. We will bring anything you may need.For space you basically just need enough room to lay down and spread your legs and arms – that will about cover it.   7. If we take the 3-5 a week it’s 60$ per session during the week + 50 for the trainer a week right?

    • Hi Emma, Its 60$ per session (+tx) to train with me or $50 (+tx) per session to train with one of my other trainers. This is per person. So if you come and train with a partner, the rate is reduced per person to $35/session
