HOME PERSONAL TRAINING – MONTREAL
Our home training promo is for daytime training only( i.e. while the kids are at school!) – from 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Our regular rates – start at 50$/session and go up to 75$/session depending on distance.

ON LINE PROGRAM DESIGN
All of our on-line (distance) program designs are 50% off for the months of October and September!
These programs are designed for each individual based on an in depth questionnaire, a review of your immediate and long term goals, an evaluation of your health history and current fitness level as well as on review of complete blood work up which you can send us.
We are here to answer your questions for the entirety of the program as well as make any necessary changes based on progress or limitations. These programs are ideal for those who live outside of Montreal and can not benefit from the one on one training of fitness coach, Joey Reid, but would still like to use his experience and expertise in formulating a workout that they can perform at home or at a gym. Programs can be designed for individuals who want to work out at home and have a home gym, or for those that have no gear at all. They can also be designed for business executives who are always on the move; and may or may not have access to hotel gyms. Programs can be designed for individuals trying to lose weight, optimize general health, gain in strength and size, improve endurance and cardiovascular ability, surpass plateaus in power, mobility, balance, etc.
